A new kind of company.
One of the first modern organisation charts was drawn for a railroad in 1855, because no single person could hold in their head what was happening across the line. Every company since has inherited the same basic logic: departments, approvals, handoffs and layers of coordination, all built around the limits of human understanding.
Frontier intelligence has removed that limit. The chart is still standing. It will not survive the decade. We are not building AI for companies. We are building companies that run on AI.
A firm is not just people and software. It is accumulated judgement: which exception to allow, which client to call first, what good looks like here, what moves without approval and what absolutely cannot. Almost none of that is written down. Today, someone leaves and part of the company leaves with them.
That changes now.
Systems hold the state of the business.

Every approval, correction and exception becomes context for the next decision. The company stops repeating itself and starts compounding. Over time, the most valuable thing a company owns will not be its software or its data. It will be the judgement it has taught its own intelligence.
Getting there still takes engineers, consultants and months of implementation. For most firms, that means it barely happens. We turned it into software.
