One of the first modern organisation charts was drawn for a railroad in 1855, because no single person could hold in their head what was happening across the line. Every company since has inherited the same basic logic: departments, approvals, handoffs and layers of coordination, all built around the limits of human understanding.

Frontier intelligence has removed that limit. The chart is still standing. It will not survive the decade. We are not building AI for companies. We are building companies that run on AI.

A firm is not just people and software.
