These terms govern your use of get-hive.ai and joining the Hive waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Hive is in early access; these terms cover the website and waitlist only — not the Hive product or service.
About these terms
"Hive", "we" and "us" mean Hive AI. "You" means the person using this site. Nothing on this site is a contract or an offer to provide the Hive service.
Eligibility & acceptable use
The site is intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it — including no attempts to disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, and no uploading of unlawful or harmful content.
The website & the waitlist
The site is informational. Joining the waitlist expresses interest in early access; it does not guarantee that you will be offered access, or when. We onboard a limited number of teams in small cohorts and select participants at our discretion.
No service yet
Early access is not yet generally available, and nothing here entitles you to the service. Final product terms and a Data Processing Agreement will be issued and agreed before any early-access seat is activated or any business data is processed.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the Hive name and the Hive marks are owned by us or our licensors. Using the site does not grant you any licence to them. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the site without our permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Forward-looking statements & disclaimers
The site describes features, integrations and plans under development that may change. The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability & indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
General
We may update these terms as Hive develops; the date above will reflect any change, and continued use means you accept the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
Governing law & contact
