Your email address is needed to join the waitlist or for us to reply to you. Everything else is optional. Please do not send us sensitive personal data through this site.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

When you first visit the site we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Strictly necessary storage is always active. Analytics are set only if you accept them, and you can decline without losing access to any part of the site. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and act on our instructions: hosting and deployment (Vercel, GitHub), CRM (HubSpot), email (Microsoft Outlook) and analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog). We may also disclose data where required by law or to our professional advisers.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK or EEA. Where required, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK transfers, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum. We keep waitlist and contact data until early access ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. Marketing preferences are kept for as long as needed to respect your choice, including a record that you opted out. Analytics data is kept for a limited period in line with the retention settings of our analytics tools.

Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis we rely on, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive certain data in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in our emails or "Cookie settings" in the footer. This does not affect processing before withdrawal.
